1. 成员兼顾管理部门、组织机构、全产业链企业、高校，以通信领域为主，兼顾电子技术、仪器仪表等相关领域；
2. 强调国际化，成员同时包括国内、国际的企业、高校和组织。
作为全球性的技术联盟组织，智能超表面技术联盟旨在汇聚产业界力量，有效促进智能超表面相关技术研究、标准化以及产业化等方面的工作开展，建设智能超表面生态。

Organizational Structure of RISTA
Note:
1.The organization members include management departments, organizational institutes, industry chain enterprises, and universities, focusing on communications, and taking into account related fields such as electronics, instruments, and meters.
2.Impose emphasis on internationalization. The members include domestic and international enterprises, universities, and organizations.
As a global technical alliance, the RISTA aims to promote cooperation between solution providers, academic institutions, the organizations related to metamaterials or elements, and those in ICT and other related verticals in the research, standardization, and industrialization of RIS-related technologies. With a shared vision of all the Members, the alliance is to build an RIS ecosystem.
