Shu Sun is a Tenure-Track Associate Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research interests include wireless channel measurement and modeling, millimeter-wave communications, integrated sensing and communication, and novel MIMO technologies. She has published over 100 journal and conference papers with more than 26,000 citations on Google Scholar, and her research contributions to channel modeling have been adopted by 3GPP standards. She is a recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award, the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Early Career Award, the IEEE Neil Shepherd Memorial Best Propagation Paper Award, the Marconi Society Young Scholar Award, and the IEEE Donald G. Fink Award. Shu is recognized among the World's Top 2% Scientists, Elsevier's Most Cited Chinese Researchers, and the Xiaomi Young Scholars. She serves as an Associate Editor or Guest Editor for journals such as IEEE TMC, IEEE JSAC, IEEE OJAP, and IEEE IoT Magazine. Additionally, she also serves as a symposium co-chair and technical program committee member for multiple renowned international academic conferences, and is a member of the IEEE P1944 channel standard expert group.
